Developing an idea: making 3 abstract diagrams

In my first two posts this month I've written in depth about how my editing process allows me to have protected self-expressive space to create and then revisit it and transform it into something that I can share with others or even sell. Here's a look at taking some 3 quick sketches from my personal creative practice and rendering them out!

Making New Memories

I was writing in my journal a couple of weeks ago, and a visual for a phrase that Danielle and I use all the time, making new memories, popped into my mind. I imagined a bunch of things that were the same, and then something that was suddenly different.

Here's how I sketched it out in the moment. I grabbed a couple of markers and made myself four empty squares to push myself to try four different things. I saved the my original idea for last and tried to think of other compositions for the potential piece.
