Bonus Live Class! Art Meditation & Check-in, this Saturday

This Saturday I'm hosting a live art meditation and check-in that is free for all members. You are invited!
- Who: All paid members (Easy Does It, Substack & Patreon)
- Where: Online, in a Google Meet room.
- I’ll post the link for paid members (on Easy Does It, Patreon & Substack) a few hours ahead of time.
- When: This Saturday, October 11 at
- 11 am PST / 2pm EST / 7pm BST / 8pm CET
- The guided part will run 45-60 minutes, and then I’ll open it up for chat and sharing for as long as folks want to hang out.
- What: Live check-in + art meditation
- I love things that are actually live. It’s nice to make art and chat with the relaxed and candid vibes of an IRL hangout. In this spirit, there won’t be a posted replay.
- I’ll be guiding you through a live check-in and an art meditation that I’ve developed as part of my own creative and reflection practice. (It’s the same/similar process I used for the free community art session I hosted last November if you happened to join then.)
- Absolutely no familiarity with art-making is needed to take part - come as you are!
- To participate to the fullest, have at least 2 pieces of paper, a pen and at least 5-6 colors close by -- paints, highlighters, crayons, markers, anything will work.
- I’ll be using a large sketchbook, a sharpie and some paints (probably watercolor or acrylic).
